Your monthly rent includes access to community amenities including the resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, clubhouse, basketball and tennis courts, dog park, pet wash station, playground, Amazon Hub package lockers, and business center. Additional monthly fees and utilities may apply.

Royal Ridge is pet-friendly and welcomes cats and dogs. Amenities include a dog park and pet wash station. Pet fees, monthly pet rent, breed restrictions, and weight limits apply. Pet deposit is $500 half is refundable. Along with a $45 monthly pet fee (per pet).

Applications can be completed online or in the leasing office. Applicants complete an application, provide proof of income, and undergo credit, criminal, and rental history screenings.

Residents are responsible for utilities associated with their apartment home. Water, sewer, trash, & CAM fee are billed through a 3rd party and paid with rent. Power and Gas is set up in your own name, paid directly to the company.

Our property is patrolled by 3rd party security patrol nightly.
